I wanted to tell you I very much appreciated the effort you have put in making sure the family or our greatly missed student would receive the flowers. It was very important for me and you did a great job, considering the short notice ant the weather conditions. I saw the flowers at the church, they looked gorgeous !

My sister-in-law absolutely loved the flowers. One issue was that I ordered chocolates with the arrangement, and they were not delivered until she called to inquire about them.

I think they are fantastic. The arrangement was for my sister. They attempted to contact her twice with no success. They called me. I called my sister who was screening her calls because she was not feeling well. She called them and asked if they could deliver the arrangement the following week. They called me to tell me they had spoken with my sister and said they would make a fresh arrangment for her the following week as she requested. That was above and beyond. And my sister said the arrangment was beautiful! I live in Oregon, sister lives in Burnaby, I will definitely use them again!
